WHO ARE WE?

The College Republicans act as the leading voice for Conservatism on the UNC Charlotte campus. As Republicans, we strongly support President George W. Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, as well as our other nationally and locally elected officials. We are dedicated to providing unequivocal support for our men and women serving in the Armed Forces. We support those students at UNC Charlotte who are oppressed and silenced by blatant acts of liberalism. We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail in spreading Conservative ideals to those who have been deceived and derided by those either seeking their own agenda or seeking to undermine the ideals our nation was founded upon.

WHAT DO WE BELIEVE?

We believe we are the silent majority that is swiftly emerging from beneath the yoke of an overwhelmingA vocal minority funded by your tax and tuition dollars. We are dedicated to encouraging personal responsibility by reducing the dependence on an increasingly intrusive government presence. We are committed to protecting traditional moral and cultural values that America was built upon. We believe that, in a Post-9/11 world, a strong military and national defense system is paramount in protecting our citizens and our way of life. Overall, we believe in the fundamental rights of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
